About This Book
B&P – Art For Children documents the gallery and community programme created when VNCE reopened in Da Nang in 2024.
Named after Bông and Pancake, two cats connected to the story of the space, B&P was developed as a welcoming place where children could encounter art regularly and without pressure.
The book follows weekly Sunday workshops, children’s exhibitions, artist-led activities, volunteers, families and the small details that give the gallery its character. It also introduces the Art Lending Program, through which children can bring artwork into their homes and experience art beyond the gallery.
Rather than presenting B&P only as a physical location, the book shows it as a living community shaped by the people who enter, participate and return.
